It can be used to discuss specific concerns, a tool for sharing of information and strategies that may offer ideas, injury related questions, exchanging experiences, offering support while helping other understand the many and complex challenges associated with brain injury. One of the many benefits of a forum is that it allows participants to reflect before answering others.
